What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer different postage options depending on your order.

Standard Auspost: $3.98. Delivered to your nominated address or PO Box.  Depending on where your purchased is dispatched, your purchase can take up to 5 – 10 business days. No tracking yet, but coming soon.

Express Delivery: $11.95 minimum. Vary’s on how many flags you order. We usually expect your order to arrive within 3 business days from dispatch. Tracking included.

Freight: $10 minimum. Vary’s on how many items/size of you purchase. Usually used for flag pole purchases. Due to size and freight services this can take 5 to 10 business days. No tracking yet, but coming soon.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We offer Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, all Australian Debit Cards and bank transfer. Afterpay is coming soon.

How long for custom made flags

 Our custom made flags can be manufactured within 7 days. This can vary depending on your order and the size of the project. We also offer cheaper options that take take longer to meet restricted budgets.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on your postage method. Express post can have your order arrive sometimes within 2 – 5 business days. Standard post can take up to 5 – 10 business day. Our freight option can take around 10 days to arrive. Tracking on our postage will soon be available on all our postage options.

Returns & refunds

Affordable flags is happy to accept returns on sold items. If you would prefer a refund via your original payment method, please advise by email and we will be happy to process that for you.

In order to obtain a full refund all we require is that:

1.     The item is still new

2.     Any tags are still attached (including bar codes)

3.     The item(s) are still in their original packaging

We have the right to not accept returns for items that are not in new condition/not in the original packaging. All costs involved in sending and returning an item for refund or exchange will be at purchasers’ expense. Faulty merchandise returned within 30 days will be replaced where possible, if not a full refund will be given.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will processed and packaged as soon as possible, with most orders being ready for dispatch on the same business day. Most orders are dispatched that afternoon or early the next morning. Custom made products take more time and we will be in contact during the manufacturing process.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You should received a copy of your invoice with 24 to 48 hrs after your purchase online. Direct sales are supplied an invoice to be payable within 7 days, once paid your order is processed.
